The flight went great and we actually arrived early. But...........when we got to customs at the West End, we found that the entire island of Tortola was without power. Not knowing whether Bobby's was going to deliver food (and drinks), we headed to Pussers to come up with a plan.
After a couple of cocktails (and still no plan), the waitress announced that they would be starting the generator soon so that we could order food. Then, all of a sudden, all of the lights in the harbor came on. After a rack of ribs, the guy from Bobby's shows up and we load up the food and beverages. A few more cocktails up on the trampoline, and we called it a night.
This morning, the guy from Renport showed up with the Internet card, so we just now got up and running. Hopefully, we will get checked out of here soon. Pictures to follow......

Too funny you guys are on the Dream Cat! We actually met up with some people from Lake Wylie (of all places) sailing that same boat last June. Fast damn boat, if I recall! Watched them sail it on to a ball in front of us at Anegada one day...show offs!
Hope you have a great week...jealousy is setting in. I plan to dedicate the next 30 minutes of my day flipping through BVI pictures....!
